Representative's Greeting

While maintaining the mentality of traditional soy sauce makers, we also possess the only mass-production soy sauce factory in Shizuoka prefecture. From source materials to finished product everything is automatized, and a monitored automatic control system keeps the rice malt and unrefined sake at a steady temperature year round, enabling us to mass produce the highest quality soy sauce.
We have the infrastructure to package our products in a wide variety containers from small bottles to huge tankers, and can accommodate the demands of both individual customers and large-scale resellers. Thanks to implementing a new filing machine, we're also now able to offer delaminated bottles and shrinkwrap packaging.
Also, we believe the new products which make use of the high-temperature rapid disinfectant machines, desalination machines, and decolorization machines in use at our processing plants will appeal to the customer.
We predict that due to the aging population, declining birthrate and overall decreasing population, personal consumption will continue to slow down.
Our company never forgets our roots as a pioneer in the condiment industry and strives to continuously meet consumer demand and deliver products our customers can feel safe and secure about.

Shizuoka Prefecture Soy Sauce Company Representative Director, Yoshihiko Suzuki
