Recipe
1.) Chop the onion and bell pepper.
Cut the Chinese chives into roughly 2 cm pieces.
Cut the pork cutlets into bite-size pieces.2.) In the frying pan.Umami SauceAdd water and boil. Add the onion and bell pepper to the boiling water.

3.) When the onion and bell pepper are lightly cooked, place the pork cutlet in the skillet so that the frying pan is lined evenly. Add the Chinese chives and pour the beaten eggs evenly throughout the frying pan. Cover and cook until the egg is half set.
