- Pork loin slices

Recipe

  • ①Mince garlic and ginger.

  • ②Cut green peppers, red peppers, and bamboo shoots into long thin strips.

  • ③Cut pork into thin strips. Mix the Umami-dare/Umami seasoning sauce into the pork and sprinkle potato starch on it. Add sesame oil and mix it until it loosens.

  • ④Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry ① and ③, then remove them from the pan.

  • ⑤Add more oil to the pan. Fry ② and salt it lightly. Put ④ back into the pan.Umami Sauceadd and fry lightly
